Last Sunday, December 30, the petanque club La Salceda organized a new edition of the petanque open center in the municipal courts ‘San Jorge’ in Las Torres de Cotillas. This tournament, which had 27 couples and was divided into two categories (general and consolanta), had the support of the Department of Physical Activity and Sports.
«In general the winners were Albert, Bounene, Ibáñez, Piti, Pedro and Alcoleas de Archena, while in consolanta all the winners were Dani, Lola, Romera, Pedro, Soriano, Juanjo, José Antonio and Alcolea», indicate from the club organizer. «These tournaments, in addition to the great level of petanque they offer, stand out for their high level of camaraderie and good atmosphere», points out the councilor of the area, Ginés Pérez.
