The Los Postigos Center will house a display of oil paintings by Mª Ángeles Rojo Campoy, which bases its work on realistic figuration. «Back in 1958, I began painting my first oil paintings on canvas; I painted everything that caught my attention, such as landscapes, flowers, seascapes, etc. Without rules, without guidelines or professional guidance; everything came from inside me, everything I painted was done by Amimanera, always self-taught, always me. Five years ago, at the School of the Arts, directed by Herminio Estrella, I had the opportunity to perfect my style, including the portrait. »
In this exhibition, he presents more than 40 works, among which you can see different aspects, both in technique and subject.
