The municipality of Yecla welcomed yesterday the celebration of the fifth session of training, which closes the cycle of municipal dissemination of the Service of Orientation and Mortgage Mediation and Housing of the Region of Murcia (SOMH), municipal technicians and professionals dedicated to assistance of people at risk of eviction. In this last session in addition to the technicians of this town also attended the municipality of Jumilla.
The General Director of Territorial Planning, Architecture and Housing, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, presented the day that aims to extend this free regional service to the 45 municipalities of the Region of Murcia, «in order to help all people at risk of eviction from habitual residence, both due to the impossibility of mortgage payment or rent, in mediation and negotiation with creditor entities and with lessors «. He recalled that families in this situation can avail of an aid of up to 400 euros per month to finance one hundred percent of the rent of a home.
