REGION OF MURCIA / AIDMUR rejects the call for competition offered by the Ministry of Education

«for not consolidating the interim teaching staff by not incorporating a stability plan for the collective»

From the interim association we can not support a call for oppositions that does not contemplate the opening of the interim agreement and a stability plan. AIDMUR can not value positively a call that only obeys to the propaganda pretensions of Adela Mártinez Cachá, which evidences a null ignorance about the collective and a great electoral interest

Today the educational sector table has taken place in which the offer of public employment has been approved for 2019. AIDMUR has been invited by FeSP-Ugt to this sectorial panel, to which it has expressed its dissatisfaction with the announcement of oppositions for not incorporating a stability plan by the temporary teaching staff. From AIDMUR we have long claimed that any call for proposals should be accompanied by a stability plan for the entire group that has suffered so much during the crisis. Stability plan that in the Region of Murcia should lead to the opening of the interim agreement.

In an electoral and propaganda eagerness, the education counselor, Adela Martínez Cachá, does not include in this convocation a single proposal for the stability of the interim faculty, nor a single modification on the last call for examinations that has brought so many judicial and administrative problems. The counselor of education is more concerned about the than about the reality of a group to which she has expressed the greatest absolute malice and the greatest contempt, not accepting any of our proposals and despising our experience, something that we consider inadmissible on the part of of an education counselor. Counseling, and some unions, continue talking about places without thinking about the people who are occupying those positions, they continue to sell that calling more places is to offer jobs, without taking into account the people who are occupying these positions for years. No job is created, what is achieved is to change some professionals for others, but in none of the cases the number of teachers in the classrooms is increased.

From AIDMUR we want to make an appeal for reflection, because what is at stake is the work of professionals with experience and training, which can not be dispensed with. In these same terms we have convened a public act for the consolidation and stability of the interim teaching staff next November 17 at 11:00 in the Plaza de la Fuensanta, an act to which we invite the entire educational community and all political organizations and unions that want to express their commitment for the temporary teaching staff.
