The Medieval Market of Molina de Segura celebrates a special edition on the occasion of the Patron Saint Festivities of the municipality, from Friday 14 to Monday 17 September, from 11.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 24.00 hours, in Plaza de la Constitución, Plaza de la Región Murciana and Paseo Rosales. The opening ceremony will take place on Friday, September 14, at 8:00 pm, with an inaugural parade of musicians, flag-bearers and actors. The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, and the Councilor for Tourism and Handicrafts, Andrés Martínez Cervantes, attend.
This Medieval Market will have 60 stalls, which will offer various artisan products in leather, silver and wood, handmade toys, jewelry, clothing and accessories, stones, fossils and orgonites, tarot and henna tattoo, musical instruments, thermal sacks, sausages, cheeses, sweets, cotton candy, honey, as well as soaps and natural cosmetics, candles, aloe vera, medicinal plants and alcohols, etc.
The stalls will be distributed throughout the tour, with medieval decoration and setting, period costumes, shows, parades and exhibitions.
In the Plaza de la Constitución will be located the Medieval Camp, with archery exhibitions, combat training and training of the knight, and the children’s area, located in the Plaza de la Región Murciana, will feature medieval children’s activities, traditional games and ecological wheel.
