The counselor of the Presidency, Pedro Rivera, attended, along with the mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, to the acts of delivery of decorations of this body in the War Theater of the town.
Rivera previously attended the raising of the flag of Ireland in the Plaza de España of this municipality.
The counselor stressed that «it is a unique opportunity to recognize the commendable work that, in defense of the rights and civil liberties, the members of the Local Police bodies perform».
