The man of 80 years who disappeared in the morning of this Wednesday in Cartagena has been found in the afternoon of this Thursday. The old man has needed medical assistance because he has some injuries.
The old man, who suffers from senile dementia, disappeared yesterday in the area of Alameda de San Antón and, since then, his family, together with the Association of relatives and friends of Alzheimer’s patients and other neurodegenerative diseases of Cartagena (Afal), security and firefighters have collaborated to find him.
This morning they joined the effective search device of firefighters and a helicopter, which, coincidentally, has been the one who has sighted the old man in the Algameca Chica, more than three kilometers from where he lost the track.
