The mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Sports, Cristóbal Casado, were witnesses on Wednesday of the agreement signed between the Museum of Football Aguileño and Murcia Football Federation under which the latter is committed to fund maintenance and conservation of the museum space.
During the signing of the agreement, signed between Antonio De la Rosa, vice president of the Centennial Association of Aguileño Football, and José Miguel Monje Carrillo, president of the FFRM, De la Rosa highlighted the «importance of a space like this that, unlike other football museums, does not belong to any club, but represents the spirit and feeling of a people closely linked to football. »
Finally, both the mayor and the mayor of Sports coincided in pointing their gratitude to the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia «for this supplement to the subsidy that is also offered by the City Council and, undoubtedly, is essential to maintain a space in which it is intended that the memory of all the players who have passed through this club remain alive «.
